SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The shipping costs are already included in the price. You won't have to pay for anything else to receive your handmade product at your door ! Also, you can send us an email to hello@amoflordamata.com if you have any doubt about it. 

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur - or even if it will have duties - as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, the seller will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by the sell.

When will you ship my order ? 

We process and ship Monday to Friday.
First, it depends on the products you purchased : 
- If the product was marked READY-TO-BE-SENT PRODUCT, your package will be shipped in 1 or 2 business days after payment confirmation. 
- If the product was marked CUSTOM PRODUCT, then it can last 12-16 days for your item to be sent. It will depends on the availability of the fabric you choose and the waiting list of custom orders. 

It also depends on the shipping option you choose : 
- express international shipping : 6-13 days
- express national shipping (Brazil) : 3-6 days
- standard international shipping : 15-25 days
- standard national shipping (Brazil): 8-10 days

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

If you want to change or cancel your order before it ships, please send us an e-mail to hello@amoflordamata.com . 
If your order hasn't been shipped, you will be able to cancel the purchase or to add a product. 
For CUSTOM ORDERS, once the order is placed, you won't be able to cancel it after 5 days. But if you want to add some products or change the shipping options, send us a message to hello@amoflordamata.com with your order number. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide ! 

Do you ship to PO Boxes ? 

No, unfortunately we don't ship to PO Boxes. 

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status in your customer space on our website, but we will instantaneously send you every news about your order status !
Also, you can send us an e-mail to order@amoflordamata.com about it. 

You can track your parcel directly from the shop, look at the footer menu. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is Flor da Mata's return policy?

Flor da Mata does not accept Returns for ‘change of mind’ however, we will offer an exchange if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Postal Services. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

Flor da Mata accepts Credit Card and bank deposit payment methods.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?  

Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?  

We recommend you contact the card issuer.

How do I use a promo code?  

Enter the promo code at the checkout in the box provided.

SPECIAL CARE

How do I take care of Flor da Mata's products ? 

There are different kinds of cares : 

THE TOWELS can be machine-washed and ironed without any risk. They also can be wet an sun-exposed, they are beach towels .. seems obvious :) 

THE COTTON bags can be machine-washed and ironed too. They also can be wet and sun-exposed. 

THE BURLAP BAGS have to be hand-washed with a very special care in order to keep the burlap unharmed. They can be ironed and sun-exposed. 

THE HAMMOCKS can be machine-washed, ironed, sun-exposed and wet. But you have to know that letting it under the rain, and then drying under the sun can significantly weaken it. 
We recommend to keep it as dry as possible.
The metallic hooks can start to rust with time if you live next to the sea.
